Spaghetti Squash



I was rather intrigued by the idea of spaghetti squash, never having had it. All I can say is WOW! This stuff is amazing. I cut a large spaghetti squash in half, drizzled olive oil and sprinkled salt & pepper over it-then baked in a 400 degree oven for one hour. I let it cool enough to handle it and took a fork and pulled the squash out. Then, I sauteed it in some olive oil and garlic-YUM! Delicious and way better nutrition-wise than spaghetti! Maya LOVED it, but this is what Suri thought of it...

Maybe next time?!
