Pulled Pork-I mean TURKEY!

While cleaning out the freezer, I discovered a Turkey Tenderloin. So, I decided to make "pulled turkey". If it's good enough for pork, why not turkey?? It was ok-nothing I would make again though.
In a crockpot, I placed the turkey tenderloin along with a LARGE (think Sam's Club) bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 7 hours or so. Pull apart with a fork and serve on toasted rolls.

When you have fresh bread, you make sandwiches!

With the aroma of freshly baked bread in the air, I decided to whip up some sandwiches for Sunday lunch. I slathered a bit of mayo on one side of bread and olive tapenade on the other. I then layered oven roasted turkey breast, garden vegetable havarti cheese, sliced pickles, and thinly sliced onions. The sandwiches were delicious and Anand decided that he doesn't like store-bought bread anymore! Hey Mom-you still want to open that bakery???!
