Mom & Dad gave us this awesome gift package for Christmas. It is from Tastefully Simple (http://www.tastefullysimple.com/). I had never heard of them, but my mother had gone to her coworker's Tastefully Simple home party and thought of us (she knows us well). They have a line of gourmet foods that are simple to make. Our package came with a pesto mix, a spinach dip mix, potato soup, beer bread mix, and an apple cake mix. It also came with a beautiful leaf ornament that I hung on our tree. Thanks Mom & Dad-we love it! Hmmm...what should I make first??

LOL, I saw your blog on the Nest (I am a Chicago Nestie - Bratts29) and I love looking at cooking blogs. I had to post a reply when I saw your gift of Tastefully Simple. My SIL sells it and once she started, we all got hooked. I am forever trying to conjure up new recipes with it. I am going to have to try your recipe with the goat cheese! ;)
