I still had one pie crust left, so I decided to do what my mother always used to do-make cinnamon rolls! I simply unrolled the crust and sprinkled some cinnamon and sugar, rolled it back up and sliced. Then, I placed the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and baked at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Yum!

good idea i would have never thought of that. I tried it today as I also made chicken pie just like you and it was delicious. I use to throw away my pie crust and the buns came out great. thank you for the recipes I love them and my family loves them more.
