We had purchased some goat cheese after hearing everyone rave about it. I decided to make a stuffed chicken breast. I pounded the chicken breasts and placed some goat cheese, a bit of minced garlic, some sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and rolled and secured with toothpicks. My husband seared them on the stove and then placed them in the oven at 350 to finish cooking. We were a little disapointed (although Sage really seemed to like his!) I thought they had too much goat cheese as it tasted a bit strong. Andy thought that they were "missing something". So, we may try again and mix it up a bit!
