Well, here it is Monday night. It's rainy and cold considering the heat we've had lately. I decided we should have a some comfort food tonight. So, I made the Garlic Cheddar Chicken that all my fellow "What's for Dinner" Nesties have been raving about. The recipe is from http://www.allrecipes.com/ and was absolutely delicious. I was waiting for an expression from my husband...then asked him what he thought. "EXCELLENT" . This recipe's a keeper! I served it along with the Parmesan Orzo we all love and sauteed sugar snap peas...YUM!
